Kushal is the Founder of Aidosol and leads the company’s vision and growth. With more than 15 years of experience in business operations and marketing. She focuses on building practical, data-driven strategies that help businesses scale. She holds an MBA from IMT and has completed an Executive Program in Digital Marketing & Analytics from the Indian School of Business (ISB), and held key roles at IGT Solutions and HP.

Gagan has successfully led end-to-end payroll transformations across 40+ countries and implemented Shared Services Centers (SSC) for HR, Finance, and IT functions. A recipient of the “Shared Services Innovator Award,” he is known for embedding AI, automation, and data analytics to future-proof operating models and deliver measurable cost efficiencies.
Kunal Sharma
VP, Growth & Delivery
Kunal is the Vice President of Growth & Delivery at Aidosol and is responsible for driving client success, service excellence, and operational transformation. With over 20 years of experience in global payroll,
shared services, and business consulting, he brings a deep understanding of end-to-end delivery models and scalable operations.
Past Experience
Before joining Aidosol, Kunal led multi-regional payroll consolidation projects across APAC, EMEA, and NAM. He has successfully managed transformation programs focused on process optimization and technology enablement to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. Kunal’s leadership is defined by his commitment to innovation, quality, and seamless global delivery.
