    Role Overview

    We are hiring a Payroll Analyst to manage accurate payroll processing, ensure compliance, and support day-to-day payroll operations. The role requires strong attention to detail, good analytical skills, and hands-on experience with Indian payroll.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
    • Validate attendance, leaves, incentives, and all payroll inputs
    • Maintain payroll data and statutory compliance
    • Prepare monthly payroll reports and reconciliations
    • Handle employee queries on salary, reimbursements, and deductions
    • Coordinate with HR and Finance for payroll inputs and issue resolution
    • Support audits, tax calculations, and year-end activities

    Desired Candidate Profile

    • Strong knowledge of Indian payroll and statutory requirements
    • Good analytical and numerical skills
    • Proficient in Excel and payroll systems

    • Manage daily accounting activities including AP, AR, and general ledger postings
    • Prepare monthly financial statements, reconciliations, and reports
